Sharan Aniece Robinson

      Sharan Aniece Andrews Robinson was born on November 15, 1946, in Galena Park, Texas, to Tom Walter Andrews and Aurelia Ruth Andrews. She went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 17, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Sharan was a devoted wife, mother, Granny, aunt, friend, and neighbor.

      A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Mart, Texas.

Sharan grew up in Galena Park and Pasadena, Texas. She earned her RN from San Jacinto College and dedicated nearly 50 years to her calling as a caregiver. Even after retirement, she continued to offer her care and support to family, friends and neighbors. An active member of First Baptist Church of Mart, Texas, Sharan was also an avid quilter with a circle of dear quilting friends. She was an exceptional cook, known especially for her homemade biscuits, coconut cream pies, and banana pudding.

Sharan was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Ruth Andrews, and her beloved husband of 48 years, Bobby Darrell Robinson.

She is survived by her children: daughter Deanna (Loyd); son Thomas (Karen); daughter Kate; and son Keith; her grandchildren: Michael (Marine), Caroline-Marie, Heidi, Breanna, Zachary, Luke, Molly, Aidan, and Lauren; and her great-grandchildren: Sterling and Taiga.

      In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church of Mart, Texas.
